I'm Laurian. This is my collection of thoughts about the two things that I love most...travel and food. As a business student with a major in hospitality and tourism I have spent the last four years immersing myself in these industries. I am Canadian born but am currently finishing my degree in Helsinki and using the opportunity to explore Northern Europe. I pursue travel and new cuisines as much as possible because I believe that through these we can experience the diverse cultures that make up our world and hopefully learn to understand each other just a little bit better.As Bourdain said, it might not always be pretty, but it will always be new, always be exciting and will always open your mind.
